Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, Website and Mobile Application Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

  • Users should directly reach out to the sellers or service providers for any support, quality issues, or returns of the product. The Website and Mobile Application does not handle any returns of items sold on the platform.
  • Cancellations of orders are possible until the shop/seller accepts the order. After the shop accepts the order, no cancellations can be processed through the Website and Mobile Application. Users should contact the seller or service provider directly to request cancellations or make changes to their orders.
  • Refunds will be provided only for order cancellations before seller accepts your order. Platform charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the user.
  • Once seller accepts the order, buyer should reach out to seller for any cancellation of the order. Seller can cancel the order before status is changed to “Delivered”. Buyer will be refunded after deducting platform charges. The Company is not responsible for any delays in the refund process.
  • This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
